Cuready is a clinically led healthcare staffing agency whose recruiters are working sonographers and echo techs themselves. After 25 years in the business, they needed a brand and website that could stand next to the national firms without losing the personal, human approach that sets them apart. I led the brand strategy, visual identity, and a 17-page website from first concept through developer handoff.

Warm Where the Industry Is Cold

Travel clinicians are used to being treated like a number. The strategy work centered the whole brand on the opposite: people who have done the job, looking out for people who do it now. That idea shaped everything from the interlocking-ring mark, which reads as recruiter and clinician in step, to a palette of deep plum, coral, and copper on warm cream that feels editorial rather than clinical.

The website carries that voice across pages for travelers, providers, and government partners, plus six modality-specific profession pages. Teodor serif headlines with a single italic accent word, DM Sans for the details, animated stat counters, and quiet scroll reveals keep the experience calm and credible. I built the site as a static Next.js prototype with a documented handoff so the client's development team could rebuild it block by block in their CMS, and the finished site is now live at cuready.com.
